Thomas Sgouros: Remembered Landscapes

Two distinct bodies of work define Sgouros’ oeuvre: early Morandi-esque still life paintings of studio objects including glass, ceramics and his son’s bicycle horn, and work depicting “Remembered Landscapes,” expressive and painterly scenes full of energy, motion and color.
